Welcome to Box Aroma. We strive to get your favorite scents to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping processes and delivery timelines.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.
- Please note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)
We offer a variety of shipping tiers to suit your needs. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier service.

3. International Shipping
At this time, Box Aroma currently ships to UK, EU and further worldwide destinations.
- International Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Delivery Time: Usually 7–14 business days.
- Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. Box Aroma is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that we can ship to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions regarding the transport of liquids/perfumes.
6. Damaged or Lost Items
Perfume bottles are delicate, and we take great care in our packaging.
- Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@boxaroma.uk within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking states "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours or your local sorting office before contacting us.
7. Returns & Changes
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. For information on returns, please visit our Return & Refunds Policy.
