Returns & Refund Policy
At Box Aroma, we want you to be delighted with your new fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: You must initiate your return within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original cellophane wrap (where applicable).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide an order number or receipt.
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been unsealed, sprayed, or used unless the item is faulty. We highly recommend purchasing a smaller sized bottle before committing to a full-sized box set.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@boxaroma.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
- Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original shipping box.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Faulty or Damaged Items: If the item is leaking, the spray mechanism is broken, or the wrong item was sent, Box Aroma will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
- Approved Refunds: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is returned damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
5. Exchanges
We can arrange an exchange if you would like to change your item for a product of equal value or less.
If your item is eligible for a return by the aforementioned criteria, simply email us the exchange product you would like to receive instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or sprayed perfumes.
- Individual samples or Discovery Set vials.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance" event.
Damaged in Transit?
If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging immediately and contact us at support@boxaroma.uk. We will prioritize sending a replacement out to you right away.
